Description of position:

Job responsibilities:

1. Independently complete the work of six modules of human resources;

2. Formulate and implement the overall human resources plan and annual implementation plan;

3. Convey human resources management policies, directions and implementation methods;

4. Supervise, guide and execute the development of all modules of human resources management.

Job qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Human Resources Management or related majors, with more than five years of work experience in human resources management in large-scale enterprises or group enterprises, or more than three years of work experience in HR manager position, a work experience in engineering and chemical industry is preferred;

2. Have a modern human resources management concept, and be familiar with national and local labor and HR regulations and policies;

3. Be proficient in operating modules such as human resources recruitment, training, salary, performance assessment, employee relations, etc.

4. Have a strong ability to work under pressure, communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics;

5.Be proficient in using common office software.

Job responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and allocation: According to the development strategy of the Company, carry out team building and talent team construction; formulate jobs and staffing to effectively complete the tasks of recruitment plan;

2. Training and culture: Establish an annual training plan, organize and manage the training work at all levels of the city corporation; cooperate with the training implementation of the Company; carry out enterprise culture promotion, so that the organizations at all levels are highly coinciding with the enterprise culture; carry out annual employee development activities and team buildings;

3. Implement and practice various human resources policies of the enterprise to ensure the simultaneous realization of performance of human resources management work;

4. Maintain the communication and interaction with employees at all levels; create an active and open communication platform for HR, to ensure sound communication and efficient cooperation between all departments.

 

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above (unified recruitment), Human Resources or related majors;

2. Have work experience in identical position;

3. Have good logical thinking ability, good communication and coordination abilities;

4. Those with experience in multiple modules of human resources are preferred;

5. Have experience in EHS.
